A really beautiful and distinctive sterling silver pendant, made by the same designer as the ring featured yesterday.
Set with two striking Purple Kingman Dahlia stones (stabilised stone and bronze matrix composite), each displaying wonderful variations of rich purple, lilac, creamy white and warm golden bronze.
The pendant has a lovely overall aged, dull silver finish, giving it a wonderful vintage character. At the top is a decorative fan-shaped detail reminiscent of moon and sun rays, with two little flower motifs sitting either side of the central stones.
There is so much lovely detail throughout, including beautifully worked twisted rope detailing, scalloped edges and intricate zigzag settings framing each stone.
A wonderfully tactile and characterful piece, with lots of detail to appreciate.
I’ve styled the pendant with my own personal labradorite bead necklace from my collection, simply to demonstrate how beautifully it works on a beaded necklace. The beads are not included.
