Vintage sterling silver Mexican bear earrings. In Native American culture the bear is meant to signify: authority, courage, and strength. The bear is said to be a healer and protector.
These have been cut out of a thick plate of silver. They have them had a very thin line pierced out that flows over the body to a triangle. This feels like it is symbolising an arrow, again showing direction. These have a really lovely weight to them. There is some fine surface scratches due to their age but they do not detract.
