Vintage sterling silver feather — or perhaps leaf — bracelet, depending on your interpretation. Beautifully crafted, each individual link features a softly scrolling stem at the top and a delicate loop at the tip, allowing the feathers to flow seamlessly into one another with wonderful articulation. The bracelet sits beautifully against the wrist, following its curve perfectly. The design consists of six elegantly detailed feather links, finished with a secure flip-over clasp closure. Although unmarked, the bracelet has been professionally tested as sterling silver. Each feather measures approximately 2.6 cm long by 1 cm wide, and the bracelet has an overall length of 18.5 cm. The etched detailing across the surface is exquisite and wonderfully tactile, while the gentle curvature of each piece creates a lovely undulating movement when worn. The silver has been oxidised to enhance the definition of the feather veins, giving the bracelet superb depth and character. It weighs 7.6 grams. A striking piece worn alone, though it would also look beautiful layered within a bracelet or bangle stack.
