A charming vintage sterling silver three-leaf clover brooch, beautifully enamelled in a rich, vibrant shade of green. Each leaf is delicately shaped as a heart, giving this piece a lovely sense of symbolism – whether representing luck, love, or perhaps three members of a family.
Fine veining within the enamel adds wonderful detail, while the slender stem is finished with elegant scrolled decoration. The reverse is hallmarked for sterling silver, although the marks are now too worn to confidently identify the date or maker. It has a simple rollover catch typical of the period; the pin does not extend particularly far but fastens securely and works perfectly.
