A wonderfully characterful pair of vintage artisan sterling silver seahorse earrings, handcrafted using the traditional sand-casting technique. Originally sculpted from a handmade master model before being cast in sterling silver, they have a beautiful organic quality that mass-produced jewellery simply can’t replicate.
The intricate ribbed texture and finely detailed bodies give these seahorses a lovely three-dimensional appearance, bringing them to life as they sway when worn. Full of seaside charm, they make a striking statement while remaining elegant and easy to wear.
The seahorses measure 3.9cm long, or 5.7cm including the ear hooks. They are 1.2cm wide and approximately 0.3cm deep. Together they weigh 5.3g and are stamped 95 to the reverse, indicating high-grade silver.
