Vintage sterling silver feather brooch. This has been made from a thin piece of sterling silver sheet. It has then been embossed with the relief of a feather pattern. Beautiful delicate detail.
As a symbol across many cultures, feathers have always represented a connection to spiritual realms and to divinity. It also symbolises trust, honor, strength, wisdom, power, and freedom.
This piece is not marked as sterling but was tested by the auction house and tested as silver.
This could also be hung from a chain to wear as a pendant. There is just the smallest section of the brooch pin that shoes when worn like this. Shown in final picture. The pin is incredibly sharp!
