A fantastically detailed vintage sterling silver and enamel ring, beautifully crafted with a striking elongated shape that tapers to a point at both the top and bottom, giving it an elegant, almost marquise-like silhouette. (I’ll include a photograph to better show the unique shape.)
The enamel work is simply stunning, featuring an intricate leaf-inspired pattern in vivid shades of bright green and turquoise, with subtle glimpses of black peeking through the design to add depth and contrast. The result is a wonderfully vibrant piece that feels both organic and artistic.
The ring is hallmarked for Birmingham, stamped 925 with the maker’s initials JLM. Interestingly, there is no date letter, which is unusual and adds a little mystery to its history.
It is a UK size O½ (US size 7½). The front measures 1.8 cm at its tallest point and gradually tapers to 0.4 cm at the back of the band, making it exceptionally comfortable to wear despite its bold statement design. 6.5g
